Love your neighbor

During one of our Feed the City Events on Sunday, a woman who was in line to receive food stopped one of our staff members to tell how important and needed our weekly food distribution was. She said that she had been coming for a few weeks and was now able to provide food for two families in her neighborhood that were struggling to provide for themselves.

Gift of Hope blessed over 400 children on Christmas morning

During our Gift of Hope event, we got to bless over 100 families with a shopping experience and send them home with plenty of gifts for their children to open on Christmas morning. We want to say thank you to all who showed up, loved on these families, wrapped presents, donated gifts, gave financial resources, and made this day so special for them.

175 families received a Thanksgiving meal

Thank you to those who shopped for groceries, served, prayed, gave financial gifts, and to all who participated in our Hope Center’s Adopt a Box Thanksgiving outreach. Our serve team handed out 175 complete meal boxes to families in the community who would have otherwise gone without a Thanksgiving meal.

Serving the community brings hope full circle

One of our regular serve team members from the Cross Timbers Hope Center, Tony, was visiting a restaurant he often frequented. While he was there, he saw another gentleman who was also a regular customer at the restaurant. The gentleman noticed Tony was wearing a Hope Center t-shirt and began to ask him about it.

The Healing Place directly benefits from your gifts. Because of your generosity, we have been able to upgrade some of our technology and offer Zoom appointments & support groups all over the world. People have reached out to us from Lithuania, China, Alaska, Arizona, California, North Carolina and beyond.
