We have a new improved giving platform. If you are a recurring giver at Cross Timbers, now is the time to upgrade your recurring financial gift by cancelling your current giving and setting up your new giving account. Please make the switch by Jan 10th to help us ensure that your gifts don’t get missed.

Why are we updating to a new giving platform?

The new giving platform is easier to use.
This is more cost effective and allows us to be better stewards of our finances.
The new platform seamlessly integrates with our database.

Ready to upgrade your giving account?

Here’s is what you’ll need to do:

Step 1 – Cancel your current financial giving

  • Click the link above to sign in to your current giving account.
  • Under Your Account in the top right, select Manage Account and sign in.
  • Select the recurring gift(s) on the right. Click Edit and then Cancel.
  • Success! You should see a green checkmark letting you know it has been cancelled

Step 2 – Set up your new financial giving

  • Follow the instructions to set up your new giving account. The new system will ask you for your information. Once your info is entered into the system, you will not have to do this again.
  • If you prefer to text to give, simply text GIVE and a dollar amount (Ex: Give 100) to 888-346-1330.
NOTE:
To ensure your giving is not deducted from your account twice, you will need to delete your current recurring gift BEFORE you set up giving within the new tool. Please transition your current recurring gift before Jan 10th, 2022, as we will be closing the account with Pushpay, our former processor, and any recurring gifts could be left unprocessed.
