CT KIDS Flight Path is a reward system to help kids have fun as they develop spiritual habits to grow closer to God, help small group leaders connect with kids, and help parents be spiritual leaders at home.

Getting Started

Kids begin their journey by using a Frequent Flyer Page to select and keep track of spiritual habits. The page is available at CT Kids or on our website. Once something is completed, an adult signs off on the item. Kids can do multiple items on the page. Then, the child brings the page into CT Kids so we can record the miles earned. Kids turn in the page each week or once a month, it is up to the kid when he/she wants to turn in the page.

We will track the miles online with an app called Bible Bucks. The miles don’t decrease or expire, they will keep adding to their total for the whole flight. Another neat incentive is the kid can log-on to the Bible Bucks app from home and see their account, so they know how close they are to the next level and can see their progress.

Spiritual Habits…
Here are the habits kids can do to begin Flight Path:

  • Learn Memory Verse
  • Read your Bible
  • Complete God Time Cards
  • Engage in worship
  • Use the 40 I’AM’s Card- learn or illustrate one
  • Spend time journaling with God
  • Invite a friend to CT Kids who is new
  • Pray for your small group and/or leader
  • Encourage small group leader with a note, text, or drawing
  • Serve the community
  • Share your story- talk to someone about your relationship with Jesus

The Aviator’s Club…

Overall, Flight Path helps kids “try out” different ways to spend intentional time with God and prompts kids to reach out to others to use their faith in daily life. While we know that the real reward with Flight Path will be kids growing closer to God, we also want kids to come to CT filled with excitement and feel like they belong and are part of our crew, so we added the Aviator’s Club to do just that!

After the first time a kid turns in a Frequent Flyer page, they start earning miles and are part of the Aviator’s Club. As they earn miles, they can choose a prize for hitting a certain level. We have six levels based on Frequent Flyer miles:

  • Ruby-50,000               Complete 5 spiritual habits
  • Silver-100,000             Complete 10 spiritual habits
  • Gold-200,000              Complete 20 spiritual habits
  • Platinum 300,000       Complete 30 spiritual habits
  • Pro 400,000                Complete 40 spiritual habits
  • Executive 500,000      Complete 50 spiritual habits

Each level has a few different prizes to choose from and the prizes change based on the level of miles earned.

The Frequent Flyer Page is handed out in small group every service or you can download it from our website: https://crosstimberschurch.org/ministry/ct-kids/.

You can earn as many miles as you want to complete, but we ask that you try multiple spiritual habits. If you want to read your Bible every night, we think that’s AWESOME—So, you’d earn 10,000 points per week for reading your Bible, not 10,000 points for each day you read. We are excited to have you earn miles, but we really want you to try out as many spiritual habits as possible.

You do not have to physically bring in the Frequent Flyer Page, you can take a picture of the page and send a copy to ctkidsflightpath@crosstimberschurch.org.

The first prize level is our Ruby level at 50,000 miles. So that means you only need to finish 5 spiritual habits to get your first super cool prize.

You can pick up your prize in-between services or after services depending on your campus.

No, you only add to your miles. Even if you get a prize, you keep building to the next level. So, at 50,000 you can get your Ruby prize and only need 50,000 more to get to the next level, Silver.
