This 4-week group will help us identify anxiety and depression while learning how self-talk and the pressure of perfectionism affect our ability to cope. While exploring topics like resiliency and mindfulness, students will be equipped to use practical tips to gain freedom from anxiety. This group is available for teens entering 9^th – 12^th grade.
