Mending The Soul is a group for women affected by abuse.

The first step in healing is to choose to work through the healing process. The journey may seem long and uncertain, but peace and wholeness are worth it. This group will give you choices – to build safe relationships, to be comforted and to comfort to others, to be honest and let go of lies, turn away from distractions and numbing behaviors, to choose rest and take time to listen to your heart and feel again. You don’t have to go it alone. Be assured God will be with you each step of the way.
